Holiday was booked then called me back later in the day saying we needed to pay another 216 pounds for accomodation

Absolutely amazing customer service, we had a few issues out of there control and they kept us updated at all times, will definitely book with them again :) 5 star service :)

Dealt with by Stuart, really nice bloke and explained everything clearly. He was a pleasure to speak to, would have rated higher but the price quoted on the website increased before the booking could be completed, not by much but still frustrating

I have been using Holidaygems for 4 years now. Booking online makes it easy and the overall price is never too different. The tele-sales staff are very helpful.

Martin was exceptional when i called to inquire about a holiday. his communication was excellent from start to finish and i would certainly use Holiday Gems again.

I initially did my search online but ran into difficulty (on my own behalf) so i rang through to the sales team and david helped me and reassured me and booked our holiday for us everything was taken care of and he went over everything with me he was so polite and really nice to talk with, so all in all a great experience

Martin Was extremely helpful and made the process so much easier and less stressful than trying to book by ourselves.

Very good service all round. Flight price increased in 24 hrs from booking online so was contacted by the agent to let us know that we need to accept this or cancel. Not their fault- was down to Ryanair. David was very helpful, Hopefully holiday will be faultless, let’s wait and see …..

Thank you so much for helping us book holiday to Dubai , Atlantis the Palm.... We have quoted the price online last night , Stewart called us straight away this morning, and was very helpful. He confirmed the prices , they were little bit different , and that is purely because when you book online, you only reserve a booking which is not a live booking. The team will come back to you, to confirm availability and prices. If you read their terms and conditions on their website you will realise how it works. Then people just come on here and post stupid bad ratings and reviews, because of their own stupidity. Honestly, will not book with anyone else anymore, but with Holiday Gems. Thanks Stewart again.

I honestly can’t see past this company and so sure that I will get the best service and price that I skip by searching now and go straight to them. Thanks so much to Martin kavanagh for all your help you made it easy

DO NOT USE HOLIDAY GEMS THEY HAVE STILL NOT REIMBURSED MY MUM WHO IS A PENSIONER AFTER THE HOLIDAY SHE BOOKED WAS PICTURES FROM 1987 IT WAS HORRID UNHYGENIC, RUBBISH FOOD THIS WAS THE HOUDA PALACE IN TUNISIA SAYS IS NEAR PORT-EL-KANTAOUI ITS NO WHERE NEAR IT JUST DONT BOOK ITS MORE HASSLE THAN WHAT ITS WORTH MADE A COMPLAINT IN LATE SEPTEMBER STILL MESSING US ABOUT. ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS.
